Generating Blog Topic Ideas With AI Tools – Tips and Tricks

Generating blog topic ideas with AI tools is not as hard as it may seem. In fact, with the right tips and tricks you can come up with a lot of great content in no time.

Article Market

Article Market is a marketing platform that has a blog topic generator. This tool can help you brainstorm blog post ideas in a matter of minutes. Using this tool is free.

Article Market is an all-in-one marketing and sales platform that helps organizations manage their business activities. It also includes features that help increase productivity. The platform is integrated with Google Search Console and allows users to import Google Search Console data into Article Market. Moreover, it has an optimisation tab that provides SEO recommendations.

The tool generates up to 50 blog post ideas. However, it does not conduct extensive research. Thus, it may not provide top-of-the-line content. In addition, it will send users a list of 250 more ideas for blogging.

In fact, the Article Market blog topic generator is so robust that it can create up to an entire week’s worth of blog topics. The tool is easy to use and generates a variety of blog titles.

Writesonic Article Idea Generator

WriteSonic is an AI content creation platform. It works as an assistant for writers, helping them generate content faster. You can use this tool for creating landing pages, marketing copy, and blog posts.

WriteSonic has a simple interface that is easy to navigate. It includes a sonic editor feature, which allows you to edit and modify the generated article. In addition, it offers over 70 templates. Moreover, there is also a free trial.

With its help, you can create a landing page within 30 seconds. This tool is also useful for social media and content marketers. There are also different types of templates you can use, such as CTA, product descriptions, and SEO meta tags.

However, despite its impressive features, there are a few drawbacks to using WriteSonic. First, the results aren’t always accurate. Also, there is a limit on the number of words per generation.

Jasper

If you’re struggling to come up with great blog topic ideas, you might want to consider using AI tools to generate the content you need. There are a wide range of options to choose from, and they all make writing your articles much easier.

Jasper is a popular choice for many writers, and it can be especially useful when you need to create long-form content. It can do everything from writing Wikipedia-style articles to creating press releases. The word processor is very intuitive and easy to use, and it has many templates to help you get started.

Jasper offers two plans, and both come with a five-day money-back guarantee. You can also start with a free trial. This is a great way to find out if Jasper’s services are right for you.

Google Trends

Google Trends is an online tool that helps you understand popular search queries and trends. You can use the tool to help you create content that meets the needs of your audience.

To start, you can enter the keywords or categories that you’re interested in and let the tool do the work for you. Then, you can explore the data and compare the searches. For example, you can check how people are searching for news, products, people, and events.

You can also look at the map of interest by subregion. This will give you an idea of the popularity of the topic across the United States and other regions. If you’re interested in fashion, you can check whether the topic is becoming popular in your area.

Creating content around a trend can get you more readers. A simple way to do this is to offer special discounts on products during a holiday.

Interactive calculators

One of the best ways to increase engagement and improve conversion rates is to create useful interactive calculators. Calculators can be a powerful marketing tool and a great way to build brand authority.

The simplest way to create a calculator is by using a service such as Pathmonk. This service lets users build their own interactive calculators without needing any programming experience. They can deliver comprehensive customer information to sales people.

Calculators are also a good lead generation strategy because they provide a clear picture of ROI, and help customers see the value of a particular product or service. Interactive calculators are a great way to give your prospective clients an idea of what they could potentially save if they purchased your product or service.

When creating a calculator, remember that it should be relevant to your audience. While calculators can be helpful in presenting your product or service, they should not be the first thing your visitors see when they arrive.

6 Copywriting Best Practices From Professional Copywriting Agencies

It’s a good idea to get some professional copywriting advice from a top copywriting agency. This way you’ll be able to improve your skills and increase your earning potential.

Useful, Urgent, Unique, and Ultra-specific

Content marketing requires ultra-specific copy. It also needs an effective ad hoc strategy and an understanding of what your audience is looking for. Your content must be relevant, useful and if you are lucky, attention-getting. Using the right digital marketing tactics will make your content successful.

One of the most important elements of your blog is the headline. Having an interesting and eye catching title will get people to read it. A good ad will also have an attention-grabbing headline. An unengaging headline will lead to reader disengagement. The most effective headlines are a mix of both wit and wisdom.

A great headline is no easy feat. You have to consider how many words you have to use, and how you want your readers to feel. Whether your ad is for a product or service, your copy should have a call to action. Adding a CTA button that contains 2 to 5 words will give your reader the confidence to believe you have something to offer.

Don’t use technical jargon

If you are a writer, you should avoid using technical jargon when copywriting. Jargon is often used by specialists, but can be confusing to non-specialists. As a result, readers may not be able to understand what you are writing.

If you are trying to sell a product, it is important to speak the same language as your audience. Otherwise, you will confuse them and lose their interest.

For example, if you are writing for a web app, you should not use acronyms, internal lingo, or technical jargon. Instead, write in plain English and keep your message short. The more accessible you can make your copy, the higher your conversion rates will be.

Don’t use adjectives or adverbs

If you’re looking to write killer copy, you probably want to avoid using adjectives and adverbs. They’re not useful and can create a perception of fluff instead of a clear picture.

Adjectives and adverbs are words that describe things, people, and events. When you use the wrong one, you may lose your reader’s attention. That’s why you need to make sure you choose the best version for your voice and purpose.

The right metaphor can help you get your message across in a way that’s more memorable. It can also explain a confusing topic in a way that’s easy to understand.

Adjectives can also be used creatively. You don’t have to use them in your writing, but you can enhance your content with them. For example, you can use a phrase such as “instantly” to get your point across without boring the reader with too much detail.

Capture your client’s or company’s voice

When copywriting, it’s important to understand what your customers want. Whether that’s the cheapest product on the shelf or the highest end service, you have to know what they’re looking for.

Identifying your customers’ pain points and needs is an effective way to improve your customer service and boost sales. In fact, using a customer-centric approach to your copywriting will help you write copy that your customers actually read. It will also help you build loyalty and trust, which are two things you can never have too much of.

The best way to figure out what your customers want is to ask. This is especially true if you’re a small business, as many owners have personal connections to their employees. Some of the sexiest bar and cafe signs are a testament to how businesses use witty copy to attract patrons.

Create a call-to-action

A good call-to-action (CTA) can help your online business succeed. It’s not just a simple text prompt; it’s an effective lead generation tool that can guide prospective customers through your marketing funnel.

When writing a CTA, it’s important to make the right choice. This can be tricky, especially if you’re trying to convince prospects to make a risky move. But if you’ve got the right combination of persuasive language, good design, and an intriguing offer, you’ll be able to attract potential customers to take the action you want.

Let’s look at some of the best examples of CTAs on the web. You’ll see that many ecommerce companies use them. And, SaaS companies can also benefit from them.

Get feedback from others

The first step towards getting feedback from other copywriting agencies is to identify your target demographic. This should be done through a brief survey of customers.

A good copywriter should be able to use this data to improve customer experience. You can also create a customer forum to help your business stay abreast of consumer demands.

While there are many ways to get feedback, a good first step is to make a note of the most important information. For example, a quick survey of regular customers can reveal trends and opportunities.

To get the most out of this type of feedback, make sure your copywriter has some time to read and respond. Having a clear vision of the end result is essential to producing a well-written copy.

Learnings about ranking capabilities and buying an expired domain

I published my first article last month as part of a series on building MVPs.

Part 1: Buying an expiring domain

Today I want to share some of my insights on ranking capabilities.

  • Do you think buying an old domain with years of relevant history can help with rankings?
  • Do expired domains with backlinks work for the rankings?

Recall that buying expired domains was not our primary objective. We were looking for a unique opportunity to get a domain name called Paper Collective. This is also a way to learn more about expired domain topics. In my first article I discussed the things you should do before purchasing an expired domain. Here’s the first lesson:

#1 Search for the brand name in Google

Before I bought the domain name, I checked out everything else. Three websites had the same domain name, but they used different ccTLDs or a dash to distinguish Poster from Collective. Another website was ranking for Poster Collective: Papercollective.com. Some of them also bid on [Poster Collective].

It was clear to me at this point that it would be more difficult to rank under our domain name.

#2 40-days to rank on our brand

It took us 40 days to rank under our brand name. The website was launched on September 27th.

We covered the key concepts of accessibility on our website to make it easy for Google to find our pages. Next SEO is used to manage these concepts.

  • Title, description, canonical and open graphs.
  • Sitemap.xml & robots.txt.

We get impressions from the category and artist pages within the first few days of the site’s launch. It was a good indicator that our brand wasn’t crawling or discoverability.

Google Search Console: Daily impressions

#3 Get new backlinks

  • I was willing to share my learnings and published my first article in October 15. I added the link to the website on October 27th. Ahrefs found the link on October 29th.
  • We also published our corporate website, and added a link to our MVP (tldr: Poster Collective), on October 22nd. Ahrefs found the link on October 23rd.
  • On November 4, we also added a link to our ecommerce website. Ahrefs discovered this link on November 5.

These backlinks can help us rank higher for our brand. Backlinks to old pages were already in place before the domain name expired. That is why it is crucial to buy expired domains with traffic. Even if we could retrieve some of the older content or redirect the URLs to them, it wouldn’t help.

#4 Don’t do it wrong to make it valuable

It’s unlikely that I would have recommended it to anyone if I hadn’t googled the site’s name to find out what the results were.

  • Uncertainty of being able rank on the brand’s name.
  • There is a big difference between the products on the sites mentioned above and ours.

But I was wrong!

Poster Collective is a place where you can get purchases from people searching for your query. November 4th through November 7th.

SEO is a patience-intensive field.

How to Create Powerful Business Blog Topics

How do you come up with new topics for business blogging? These are some suggestions.

It may be difficult to find new topics if business blogging is part your digital marketing strategy. It is important to create a strong topic with the reader in your mind. Make it relevant, timely, informative, and simple.

A brainstorm is the first step in coming up with blog topics. You should set aside some time each quarter and ask for assistance from a colleague or friend if you need it. Keep a notebook or file handy for inspiration; you never know when it will strike!

To plan your blog content and to create regular features such as product reviews or industry news recaps, you should make an editorial calendar. You can plan your content topics for a quarter, half-year, or full year in advance. This will allow you to plan ahead and include events that are important to your industry, community, or business.

Are you still having trouble coming up with topics for your business blogging? These are some other ways to get inspiration:

  • Review keyword research and conduct keyword analysis
  • Check your website analytics to see what posts are most popular. You can either come up with a different angle on the topic or combine several older posts to make a new one. (note: delete the old posts and redirect them so they don’t affect your SEO).
  • You can create a Google Alert by entering your industry keywords and then scan the headlines to find inspiration.
  • Write a post about the problems that your readers are facing and offer solutions.

You can also change the format of your blog posts. You could, for example, create a list post that features a list of useful ideas and tips. In the next post, you can write a “how to” or “do-it-yourself” article that highlights your knowledge, tips, and tricks. Interviewing industry professionals or employees is another option. You can also write curated content, but make sure to credit the original source.

The Anatomy and Benefits of Business Blogging

These elements should be included in your articles when you are business blogging.

Once you have identified the topics for your next business blog, it is time to start thinking about how to make them useful for both search engines and readers.

  • Spend some time with the title. You can try this strategy: Write the headline last, so it forms naturally based on your content. It should:
  • Grab your readers’ attention
  • Explain clearly what the post is all about
  • Your visitors should be able to tell you why.
  • Keep it short and simple (6-13 words is the ideal).
  • Add a keyword to SEO
  • Use numbers, questions, and/or strong active words
  • Don’t just write content. Your brand voice and personality should be reflected in every post. It is important to communicate clearly and with a clear message. You can also include industry trends, statistics, and current news. It is also possible to make the post timely by linking it to current events or the current year. Make sure every blog post has a call-to-action! Ask your readers to comment on the post, share it, contact you, and sign up for your newsletter.
  • Take into consideration the formatting of your blog posts. Readers have short attention spans so strong content is not enough. Use formatting to your advantage to make your post easy to read. Use sub-headlines and bulleted lists to break up long paragraphs. You can also add tables and charts to support your content.
  • If possible, include at least one image in your blog post. Research has shown that images generate 650 percent more engagement than posts that only contain text. Choose clear, crisp, high-res images that relate to the content of your post. You must also ensure that you have the right to use any images.

SEO Best Practices For Business Blogging

These SEO best practices are important for business blogging.

It’s not enough to create articles that your readers love and to make them easy to understand. You also need to consider SEO (search engine optimization) when you blog for business. These are some best practices that you can use to help your blog succeed.

  • Consider frequency. Consistency is key to strong SEO. This means that your posts should be published on the same day and at the same time every day. Active blogs are more engaging for readers, which leads to better search engine rankings. This is why business blogging should be a priority at the very least once a week.
  • Use keywords. Are you unsure which keywords to use for your search? Keywords Everywhere can be used to quickly research keywords. After you have chosen your keywords, place them in the post where they are natural (at most every 100 words). These are the areas where you should include your keywords to get the most benefit from your keywords.
  • The title
  • Sub-heads/section headers
  • Captions for photos
  • Names of image files
  • The URL of the post
  • The meta-description
  • The first sentence
  • The last paragraph
  • Consider length. For different parts of your blog posts, keep the following length guidelines in view.
  • Title: 50-60 characters or approximately 6-13 words
  • Body of the Post: Recent research shows that longer posts perform better (1500+ word), but quality is more important than quantity.
  • Meta description (the brief summary under the title): 150-161 characters or about 1-2 sentences
  • SEO Formatting There are many ways to format blog posts for SEO.
  • Header tags are important. Header tags should be used. This is a great way for SEO to break down the content and make it easy to read.
  • Include internal links. These links can be used to help your readers find other articles on your site. They’re also good for SEO.
  • Quality outbound links are important. Google will recognize your website with strong links if you link to other well-optimized websites that provide relevant information to your blog post.
  • Analytics is what you need to focus on. Without tracking the data, you won’t be able to gauge how successful your business blog efforts have been. Google Analytics can be installed to provide useful information about visitors to your website, including how long they have been there. Then you can examine the data.

Last step in business blogging: Promoting posts for additional visibility

How can you promote your articles in a business blog?

What should you do once you have published a blog article? It is important to encourage your readers to read the blog post!

How to promote your posts when you blog for business

  • It can be shared on all social media platforms. Each update should be customized for each individual site. You can make your update more casual if you share it via Facebook than if you do it via LinkedIn. To make your update more visible, you can add relevant hashtags depending on the network you use.
  • You can pay to promote your post on social media platforms. Adobe Analytics reports that social media ads bring in three times as many non-customers to retailers websites than customers. This is according to 2018.
  • Give a section of your newsletter to blog posts. Don’t forget to add an image!
  • Share your post in appropriate LinkedIn discussion group. Make sure you don’t share your post in a group that is only open for self-promotional posts. Some won’t allow you to link directly to your website.
  • Search Twitter for your topic to see if anyone is having trouble. They may share your post with their followers, and so on.
  • Send it directly to customers if you feel your blog post is ideal. Send them a personal message to make them feel valued.
  • Use the RSS button to syndicate your content from your website. This is a great way to automatically notify your readers about your latest post. It even sends it directly into their social media accounts!

This is one of your most engaging ways to connect to your audience. It’s important to include visual marketing for all screen sizes in your digital marketing strategy.

Enhance your visual marketing abilities:

  • Use live video: Live video is a visual marketing tool that can be used when you have something to share, such as a new product or service or when you’re on-site to promote a special event. Before you use live video, make sure to practice and plan. Keep it under ten minutes and think about what your replay and live audiences will enjoy.
  • Make a YouTube channel. You can embed videos on your blog, website, or social media profiles. But, YouTube channels are also possible. This channel can be used by both consumers and professionals to view everything, from product reviews and demo videos to testimonial videos to instructional videos, expert interviews videos and presentations from past conferences or webinars.

4. Mobile marketing can be expanded

Mobile marketing is something you can see all around you. No matter where you are, people will be looking at their screens. Make sure they are checking out your content, website and digital presence.

Expanding mobile marketing efforts:

  • Mobile technology has many unique uses. Augmented Reality mobile technology is gaining popularity, adding an entirely new dimension to mobile users’ experience. This technology can be used to immerse your target audience into your product or service, so that they see and feel the value.
  • Add cloud-based application capability: Storage space is becoming an essential factor in digital marketing. You can invest in cloud storage that is free or low-cost and accessible to all members of your team, regardless of where they may be located.

5. Engage your audience in content creation

UGC (user-generated content) increases engagement as your audience loves to share the content they have created for you. This is an economical way to spend your digital marketing dollars.

It can also increase sales. TurnTo Networks’ survey found that 90% of respondents believe user-generated content has a greater influence on their purchasing decisions than search engine results and promotional emails.

How to create audience content:

  • Use an app or portal to collect user-generated material.
  • UGC can be harmful: You don’t want negative content to be shared about your brand. However, it is important that you don’t ignore it or hope it disappears. It is important to learn from it and give credit to those who created it. These users should be acknowledged and thanked for their feedback. You can use their suggestions to improve your product or service.

6. Don’t skip email marketing

CampaignMonitor reports that email marketing has an average return of investment of $44 per $1. This return could grow even more as The Radicati Group has predicted that global email usage will rise from 3.8 billion in 2018 to 4.2 million by 2022.

Email marketing in action:

  • Create and revise your email lists: Encourage your website visitors and social media users to sign up for your email newsletter so that you can provide valuable content and solutions to their real-world problems. You should regularly check your email list for duplicates and inactive emails.
  • Personalize email marketing campaigns: Email marketing software allows you to add more personal touches in your emails. This creates a sense of personalization that makes recipients feel valued and encourages greater engagement. This technology allows you to enhance personalization without spending too much time.

7. Maintain a positive customer relationship

It’s easy to lose track of things when there are so many channels and strategies to monitor.

You might lose out on potential sales if you don’t have a formal communication strategy that integrates with Customer Relationship Management system (CRM).

Because a CRM platform allows you to organize your prospect and customer data, allowing you to identify more opportunities. This allows you to personalize digital marketing efforts, track digital marketing tactics and further segment prospects and customers to increase engagement.

It’s also a powerful tool that can unite and streamline B2B sales-marketing collaboration.

How to build your customer relationship process:

  • Use a scalable platform CRM platform: Do your research on all CRM platforms before you make a decision to invest. It’s great to start with a basic CRM system, but it can be hard to migrate to a better solution as you grow and scale up your customers and leads.
  • Add CRM in steps: Because CRM platforms are so powerful, it is more efficient to roll out the platform in stages so that the team can learn and be trained. To better understand the results and insight, you should focus on creating user groups and segments.

8. Recycle your marketing content

There are articles out there that recommend recycling marketing content. You can get more value from existing content if you view it as an upcycling project.

Digital marketing terms can appear to be the same at first glance.

Upcycling, however, is a special type of recycling that involves the transformation of existing products or materials into something unique and original. You don’t have to break down materials (or, in this instance, marketing content), but you can transform them into something completely new.

This can result in more compelling and relevant content than the traditional recycling technique of copying and pasting new statistics or a paragraph from a blog into an update on social media.

Upcycling marketing content:

  • Avoid reusing content that isn’t great the first time. Be selective in what content you recycle. It doesn’t make sense to reuse content that didn’t offer solid research or actionable advice the first go around. Marketing, social and visual content should only be considered if it has “good bones” that can be expanded with new insights and value-added tips.
  • Split long-form content into short-form pieces. White papers, webinars, conference presentations and e-books all have a lot of content that can be broken down and reused to create smaller content opportunities such as blog posts and YouTube videos. After you have divided the long-form content into smaller pieces, add keywords to improve SEO and create a call to action for each piece to direct visitors to the landing page with the original long-form piece.
